By submitting a gift card for sale on GiftByCrypto, you agree to the following.
You are the lawful owner of the card and obtained it legitimately (purchase, gift, or promotion). The code is unused and carries its full stated balance. The card is not stolen, purchased with stolen payment methods, obtained through phishing or scams, or subject to any third-party claim. You have not shared the code with anyone and hold no copy you intend to use.
The code is encrypted and held by the Platform. You must not redeem, use, share, or attempt to recover the code after submission — doing so is fraud. A reviewer checks the card by hand; the Platform does not redeem a card to test it. Our target is available wallet credit within 24 elapsed hours of the accepted submission time for eligible, complete submissions (not a guarantee of approval). The amount is the estimate shown before you submitted, computed from the original value and the deduction for that card; if the verified value differs you are offered a revised amount to accept or decline, and the original target time still applies. A purchase receipt is optional. You may cancel from My Sales at any time before approval. The Platform may use the card only after your sale is approved and credited.
All sales settle to your GiftByCrypto wallet (USD). There is no bank or crypto destination in the sell form. Credits appear in your Platform wallet as "Gift card sale credit" and become withdrawable after a short security hold (24 hours from crediting). Withdrawing to a bank account or crypto wallet is a separate transaction started from Wallet, with its own eligibility checks, fees and timing, and follows the limits of the AML/KYC Policy.
If a buyer's valid claim shows the card was invalid, partially used, or used after your submission: the credited amount (plus any replacement cost) is reversed from your wallet; if your balance is insufficient, your account is frozen until settled. Deliberate fraud results in a permanent ban, forfeiture of related balances to cover losses where lawful, and referral of evidence — including your verified identity, IP records, and blockchain addresses — to law enforcement.
Cards may be rejected for failed balance verification, unsupported brand or region, suspected fraud, near expiry, or duplicate submission. The reason is shown in My Sales. A cryptographic fingerprint of every submitted code is retained permanently to prevent resubmission.
We may pause buyback of any brand, adjust accepted brands and limits, and decline any submission at our discretion.
